I’m Nicki, I'm the accidental speaker who discovered that sharing practical marketing strategies could change the way businesses show up and get noticed. With that as my goal, I'll continue to keep presenting!
Today, I work with established organisations to help them move from being credible but overlooked to becoming visible, influential, and in-demand. My aim is always simple: give audiences clear, practical tools they can use straight away to build visibility and reputation.
In the past three years as well as running paid masterclasses and workshops, I've been invited to speak to individual Companies, Business Associations, Women's networking groups and Business Advisory groups.

About Nicki
I often call myself the accidental speaker. I didn’t set out to stand on stages - I started out behind the scenes, helping businesses find creative ways to market themselves, build connections, and grow their reputation. Over time, people began asking me not just to do the work, but to share how I think about visibility and strategy. That’s how I found myself speaking at events, leading workshops, and curating conversations through my In the Know speaker series.
Today, I work with established, growing businesses who are credible but often overlooked. My role is to help them shift gears - from working hard to be noticed, to being the business people turn to first. I do that by focusing on marketing strategy, reputation building, and the power of connections.
What I’ve learned (and share in every keynote or workshop) is that visibility doesn’t have to mean being everywhere, shouting the loudest, or doing things that feel inauthentic. It’s about clarity, consistency, and choosing the right rooms to show up in.

My goal is never to overwhelm people with theory, but to leave them with clarity and practical tools they can put into action straight away.
