I feel like every second conversation I've had with someone this year is about Working Genius and how it impact the way you do your best work as a business owner and team leader. It's also been super helpful to me in understanding how to best serve my clients and where the gaps in my business are.
So, I’ve convinced my husband Roger, an experienced Leadership Development Coach and Working Genius facilitator, to run this exclusive workshop just for us. He typically works with corporate groups, so I’m excited that he's offering expertise to help us learn together! (Actually, he's very patient with my grand ideas and super supportive of what I do. This “Dear Genius” 90 min informal workshop where we explore the Working Genius framework and understand the most effective way to work with your team and/or your clients. It'll give you HUGE insights into how to leverage your genius for your ongoing business growth.
